How I work

  • I have experience in large-scale digital transformation, as well as small scale discovery research, usability testing, product delivery, and service implementation. I excel in environments with pragmatic leadership and collaboration.

How I got into Service Design

  • I began networking and learning about the service design field in 2014 while freelancing.

  • In early 2015, I secured a corporate job at Telstra through a hackathon, where I worked for over 1.5 years, gaining insights into emerging technologies, agile practices, and enterprises.

  • This experience led to several years of consulting in service design, UX research and experience design and also in-house roles.

My education

  • I have a Masters in Sustainable Design from Swinburne University in Melbourne Australia where Service design and business systems were an integral part of the course.

  • Prior to this, I studied Industrial design at Curtin University in Perth (Bachelor of Arts and Grad Certificate).
